At The With Love. Always Shop, every item is created with intention, care, and purpose. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Apparel & Merchandise Returns (30-Day Policy)

We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel and merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must have no signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Original packaging (when applicable) should be included

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

Non-Returnable Apparel Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Limited edition or discontinued designs

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care after delivery


Candle Sales (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of our candle products, all candle sales are final.

Candles are considered personal care / consumable items and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Candle Satisfaction Guarantee

If your candle does not perform as described (for example, issues with burning or scent throw), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to making it right and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Another resolution at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed but customer satisfaction matters deeply to us.


Heat & Weather Disclaimer (Candles)

Candles are sensitive to heat and weather conditions. The With Love. Always Shop is not responsible for cosmetic changes caused by:

  • High temperatures during shipping

  • Candles left outdoors, in mailboxes, or vehicles

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Minor cosmetic changes (such as sweating or softening) do not affect candle performance or quality.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Local Delivery & Pickup Orders

For local delivery or pickup orders, all items are considered accepted at the time of delivery or pickup. Please inspect your order immediately.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not begun.

Once an order enters production (including print-on-demand fulfillment), it cannot be canceled.


Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

Many of our apparel and merchandise items are produced through print-on-demand partners. As a result:

  • Slight variations in print placement or color may occur

  • These variations are not considered defects


Safety & Care Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by:

  • Improper use of products

  • Failure to follow care or safety instructions

  • Misuse after delivery

Always follow care instructions included with your purchase.
